Does it work offline or on a poor connection?
It is designed mobile-first for field use. Discuss current offline behaviour with the product team during a demonstration rather than assuming a specific capability.
Can it replace our existing messaging group?
It is designed to replace the operational content that currently sits in messaging groups — tasking, confirmations, movement detail and handover — with a controlled, structured alternative.
Who can see the operational detail?
Access is role-based and scoped to the operation. Visibility is configured rather than open by default.
Can it be used for residential security as well as close protection?
